Explore Wooly Pig’s Barrel-Aged Beers

Join us on March 1 for a grand exploration of flavors. Brewmaster Kevin Ely and Chef Mike Cichon will host a 5-course tasting of barrel-aged beers paired with thoughtfully designed small plate courses.

The Wooly Pig just started a l0ng-anticipated barrel-aged beer program. To celebrate this new adventure, we’re hosting a beer and food pairing that highlights the complex and satistfying ways our favorite seasonal brews change and mature in the barrels, The beers will be our first 4 barrel-aged beers PLUS a fifth to-be-announced option. Chef Cichon will design food pairings to highlight and accentuate the flavors, proving once again that beer and food are a natural couple.

Event starts at 6:30pm, March 1, 2026. $60/ticket. Limit: 30 guests.
